Rashmi approaches Nakul and offers him some custard. Nakul appreciates it and inquires about her sudden visit. Rashmi admits that Nakul was right about Rishi, acknowledging her own failure to recognize Rishi's true intentions and her subsequent overreaction towards Nakul. Nakul, trying to be understanding, assures her that it's okay. Rashmi then questions why Nakul doesn't speak to her properly. Nakul candidly points out that she has been behaving erratically and irrationally lately, mistreating Sayuri, Kanha, Indu, and others.

He goes on to explain how Rashmi has changed since their engagement, becoming overly possessive and volatile. Nakul suggests that they take a break from their relationship for some time. He walks away, leaving Rashmi in tears as she contemplates his words. She recalls Indu's warning that their engagement would be called off if Rashmi's emotional and arrogant behavior persisted.

Saroj, burdened by guilt over jeopardizing Kusum's life, confides in Dhanraj. She worries that people were already hesitant to consider alliances for Kusum, and now, with the added stigma of being a divorcee, finding a suitable match for her will be even more challenging. Dhanraj tries to console her and playfully offers to make tea for her. Saroj jokingly remarks that he makes terrible tea and insists on making it herself, and they share a laugh.

Nakul returns home looking somber, catching Kanha's attention. Kanha inquires about his mood, and Nakul opens up about Rashmi's behavior and his decision to take a break from their relationship for a while. Kanha offers his support and asks about Sayuri. Kanha reveals that Sayuri has gone to meet a friend. As Sayuri heads back home, the streetlights suddenly go out, and she notices someone following her, causing her anxiety. When the power is restored, Kanha appears before her, comforting her. Sayuri shares her concern about being followed, and Kanha jokes to lighten the mood before escorting her home.

Rashmi, in a state of panic, recalls Nakul and Indu's warnings, and she starts blaming Sayuri for the troubles in her life. Meanwhile, Rishi's accomplice, who was tailing Sayuri, contacts him and reports that he followed Sayuri as instructed but that her husband arrived. Rishi orders his accomplice to frighten Sayuri a few more times and resolves to punish the Chaudhrys for his previous imprisonment. The accomplice sneaks into the Chaudhry house and peeks into Sayuri's room through a window. Sayuri spots him and becomes frightened. Kanha checks the area but assures her it was just her imagination. Still scared, Sayuri agrees with him, admitting that recent events have made her anxious. Kanha comforts her and treats her to some ice cream, and their romantic moment continues.

The next morning, Sayuri notices someone outside again and instructs a servant to investigate. However, the servant reports that there is no one around. Unbeknownst to them, Rishi's accomplice watches from outside the gate.

COMING UP: Rishi’s aide shows a balloon to Rashmi with a note that whole Chaudhry family would be destroyed. Kanha meets Rishi in jail who threatens Kanha that divorce hasn’t yet happened.
