Malati is rushed to the hospital following her accident on the staircase. The doctor treats her and informs the family that she urgently needs more blood. Samrat instructs Mohit to arrange blood for Malati, but the doctor emphasizes that there is not enough time for that and suggests that one of them should donate blood immediately. Mohit proposes to get their blood groups checked, and Sam agrees, even offering to get his blood group checked as sometimes family members' blood may not match.

After the blood tests, it turns out that Nayan's blood matches Malati's. She willingly donates blood, and the doctor explains to the family that timely blood availability saved Malati's life. Nayan then asks Mohit and Ishani to go home, while she stays with Malati.

Meanwhile, Revati is determined to eliminate Malati before she regains consciousness and reveals her secrets. She disguises herself as a nurse and enters Malati's room with the intention of suffocating her with a pillow. However, the lights suddenly switch on, and Sam, accompanied by Nayan, enters the room. Sam exposes Revati and removes her mask, revealing that he had set a trap to catch her. Nayan brings Malati into the room on a wheelchair, and Sam confronts Revati with the confession video he saw on Nayan's phone.

Revati attempts to explain herself, but Sam refuses to accept her excuses. Malati reveals that she had sent the confession video to Nayan before her fall. Sam explains that he had moved Malati to prevent Revati from harming her further. Revati attempts to justify her actions, but Sam calls the police to have her arrested.

Revati, feeling trapped, escapes by spraying a fire extinguisher in the room and goes on the run. The police search for her, but she remains elusive.

Back at home, the police visit Sam and inform him that they have been unable to capture Revati yet. Sam asks them to continue their search. Nayan expresses her gratitude to Samrat for taking a stand against his own mother and supporting her. Sam clarifies that he did it not for her, but because he couldn't condone his mother's criminal actions.

Revati's family arrives at the house, and Sam explains that he called them because their lives are in danger due to Revati's actions. Chintu and Prem discuss a plan to unite Sam and Nayan. Chintu suggests they work together to make it happen.

Revati meets with Aaliya and urges her to take revenge on Nayan and destroy her life. Aaliya promises to prevent Nayan and Sam from reuniting and to bring about Nayan's downfall.

COMING UP: Chintu and Prem lock Nayan and Sam in a car. Driver informs Ishani that Sam’s car has AC problem and needs repair. Nayan and Sam feel shortness of breath due to lack of oxygen.
