Imlie and Atharva visit Bhaskar Times, where Imlie hands over the footage of the smuggling operation to her boss. Atharva suggests that her courageous work might earn her a promotion, but Imlie says her primary goal is to see the culprits punished. The boss plays the footage for the staff, and they applaud Imlie for her bravery. He praises Imlie for her excellent work, and it's revealed that Mohan mistook Imlie for her boss.

At the Rana house, Devika expresses her concerns about Imlie's safety and suggests that Rudraksh should increase her security. Rudraksh agrees to boost her security but says that he values Imlie's work at his company. Keya, who is listening to their conversation, has a hidden agenda.

Back at Bhaskar Times, Imlie informs her boss that she holds a position as the Director of Operations at Rudra's company in addition to her role as a reporter. The boss informs her that she will have to leave Bhaskar Times if she wants to work for Rudra's company. Devika expresses her desire for Imlie not to work for Rudra's company, which plays into Keya's plans.

Atharva intervenes and requests Imlie's boss not to force Imlie to choose between her two jobs. Imlie decides to take a break from journalism to focus on her work at Rudra's company and asks for leave. Her boss agrees and encourages her to return after completing her mission.
