Sayuri asks Krishna (Kanha) why their "baby" isn't crying, wondering if he scared the baby. Krishna playfully responds that the baby is sensible like him and doesn't want to disturb his mother's sleep. Sayuri laughs at his response. Kanha offers her medicine, but Sayuri declines, stating that it makes her feel sleepy and expresses fear that someone might take her baby away. Kanha is torn, not knowing how to break the news to her that she has already lost the baby. He offers her the medicine again and encourages her to rest. The song "Phir Wahi Raat Hai" plays in the background as Sayuri prays to God to protect her child in her sleep.

Saroj reminisces about her excitement regarding Sayuri's baby and breaks down emotionally. The song continues to play in the background. Kanha sits near the stairs and cries. Nakul approaches him and offers comfort, assuring him that Sayuri will recover once she becomes a mother again, as Dhanraj mentioned. Kanha sadly reveals that Sayuri cannot become a mother again, and Saroj overhears their conversation, standing there in shock. Kanha expresses his frustration about not knowing how to handle Sayuri and laments the unpredictability of life. Nakul suggests that there are many options available, including adoption, and references Yashoda Maiya and Nand Baba from mythology. Kanha agrees but emphasizes the need to focus on Sayuri's recovery. Nakul promises to keep their conversation a secret and not share Sayuri's situation with anyone.

Saroj, heartbroken, questions God and reflects on the challenges that Kanha and Sayuri have faced at such a young age. Nakul recalls Kanha sharing the news of Sayuri's abortion with him and calls Rashmi to express his guilt for not being able to help Kanha and Sayuri. He asks if she knows of any temple or dargah where he can pray for their well-being. Rashmi offers him comfort.

Kanha has a nightmare about being arrested by the police and taken away while Sayuri chases after them. He wakes up in a state of worry, realizing it was just a dream. Dhanraj notices Saroj's sadness and suggests that they should support their children during these tough times instead of dwelling on their own disappointments. Saroj wonders why God has burdened her children with so many troubles. Kanha thinks about his nightmare and decides that he needs to handle Sayuri with care. Sayuri approaches him with a smile and asks for his help in getting ready. Kanha adorns her with jewelry and a bindi, and Sayuri admires herself in the mirror, praising Kanha's excellent choice before hugging him.


COMING UP

Sayuri complains Kanha that since baby came home, he didn’t get anything for him. Nakul brings toys for her baby/teddy. Sayuri notices baby teddy and compares it with her baby.
